Visio to power automate issues

Hi guys,
I'm having an issue where I export a Visio cross functional diagram to power automate and all of the actions have just a field called 'raw inputs' instead of what you would expect if you manually created it through Power automate. I have Visio Plan2, and I've tried both a bpmn diagram and a Microsoft flow diagram. Any ideas why?

have you found a solution? Everyone that I know of has this problem. Maybe it's a deprecated feature that they haven't removed?
