Please kindly help to confirm and tell why "There's a problem with the flow's trigger." error happened and it shows unauthorized.

Hi @Tiffany_Jo,

Based on the "Unauthorized" message it would seem that your connection (within the action) does not have access. 

Does the selected connection in "My connections" have the necessary permissions to the site and list?
