Power Platform COE Starter Kit Not showing all apps, but workflows not failing

I have a client with thousands of Apps. They all show in their previous version of the COE (from a year ago) but when I installed the new COE starter kit last month, we're only picking up a little over 100 apps. I checked the inventory workflows, and they are not failing. Does anyone have any ideas or experience with this?

So for any experiencing this issue, the DEV team was kind enough to respond to me in GitHub and I thought I'd post their response here. Seems the January release of the COE starter kit had a bug where the first crawl was not picking up all the apps and this is fixed in the FEBRUARY release which was released a few days ago. Going to try upgrading the client and hopefully that will solve the problem.
