MS Access -SharePoint Resolve Conflicts

I have an Access frontend linked to sharepoint lists with 4 users. 

In a particular list, we often have sync issues in which a random column is changed in sharepoint. The random column name has {} and the name changes everytime. I'm stumped.

Hi @Arowe311 , does your Access frontend have caching switched off? Caching can cause sync problems with SP lists, especially in a multi-user scenario.
