Microsoft Flow user

About to endeavor on many new work flows however was curious what others working for a large business or IT department use for a user that triggers the work flow. Understanding you can login with your typical day to day username and create one, is it best to create a generic user that is specific to MSFT Flow or does it not matter? Most of the flows I will want to create will start from SharePoint or MSFT Forms that when approved will send an email....etc

Any thoughts on best practices are welcomed.

Anything that is required to be there if I leave I use a service account for. Which pretty much anything not directly mine. This was if I leave or I get forced to leave, when your account is shut off you're processes continue to run.
