What happens to a Flow when its creator leaves the organization?

How can Admins find all of the Flows created by a user?

This is a good question I would like to be answered...and not only in this scenario...as an Office 365 Admin / SPO Admin I would like to have the ability to know the Microsoft Flows being executed on my tenant
