Make SharePoint Folders Inherit Structure of a Template Folder

Hey all,
We manage our case documents on a Sharepoint document library. We currently have folders inside folders for them. We wanted to create a flow that would duplicate the structure of a template folder and applies to all case files. Here is an example:
1. Folder1 contains FolderA
2. Template Folder includes FolderA
3. When an admin adds FolderB to Template Folder, Folder1 will inherit it and end up with FolderA and FolderB.
Please let me know if that is possible.
