How to populate a PDF template from a MS Form without Premium Connectors

I do not have access to Premium Connectors.  I need to populate a pdf template with responses to a MS Form, I have seen a lot of examples using a Preview step in flow but this does not seem to be available now.    I have a complicated template with over 100 questions.

Do I have to create using HTML?  If so can someone give detailed instructions as I have never used HTML.

@Wales13  you can create a PDF from a Form without premium connectors, although I don't think you can create a PDF template. It will require a little bit of HTML (slightly more if you want to include a logo) which is shown in the steps below.
