HOW TO CREATE DATA TABLE

Hi Everyone,
I'm new at Power of Automate Application

From this photo I Use  Excel, Just to Read each Input row by row.

Automation works perfectly but it Slow down, because by opening of excel takes time from my device, Is there ACTIONS TOOLS for me to use ? , so no more open excel will happen ?. Or how to Create Data Table have idea anyone ?
