Document creation and approval proces

Here's the business scenario:

I have a document template for a standard quote

once the new quote is created it needs to be saved to a specified SharePoint

The quote then needs to follow an approval process

Once approved, the creator needs to be notified the quote is ready for sending

 

I have the back part of this process covered, by an approval document library and power automate.

I have the template available in an organisation document library which is now available directly in word.

 

Where i am struggling, is forcing the document to be saved in the approval controlled sharepoint location.

 

any ideas?
