There is a requirement where, when an employee name is saved it should fire an approval to its manager, once manager approves, it should go to finance for approval.
Finance can be final approval, but if additional approval is required finance can send for approval to the president or CEO.
When it goes for approval to the CEO, another person should be in CC and the details of the item should be present in the PDF and the CEO or the person in CC should be able to sign it and approve it and the status should be captured in SharePoint.
