Using the Flow function to link to SharePoint item doesn't go to custom PowerApps Form

I've tried to implement Flow with a SharePoint list where I used the customize forms function to replace the default SharePoint Form with a PowerApps form. When I use Flow to send a link (built-in function) by email, the link opens the default SharePoint form, not the custom form I intend. How do I overcome this?
