Hello,
My company has a list of a few hundred vendors, each with their own folder in SharePoint. When a new vendor folder is created, I want it to populate with a Microsoft form I've created. I also want the form results and attachments saved in that folder.
Is this possible without creating a separate form for each vendor? I also don't want to have a dropdown list of hundreds of vendors in the form.
