Start and wait Approval not finalizing the Approval even though all assignees have responded

I have created an start and wait approval but unfortunately now it is not moving to final status. I am failing to understanding what is causing this.

Even though every one has responded but it is not moving to the condition.

The issue is resolved. Found out that Characters in Customer Response should be limited and not too long. this causes approval not to finalize the outcome.
