Sharepoint Approval Flow - Which licence is require

Hi, I have created a sharepoint list with approval flow function. However, my co-worker is not able to use the approval function. It shows "error 404" when click the approve button. Their licence is Office 365 Enterprise E3. Anyone have any idea on this?

License shouldn't be the issue. Sounds like your co-worker might be authenticated with personal account or something like that. Have them right click the approval if it goes to web, and open in private browser and see if they can properly authenticate and see if it works.

What does you mean right click the approval if it goes to web?

I have attached 2 pictures:

1. When an item is created, the flow will trigger and send an email request respective owner to reponse.

2. After click "approve" button, it shows 404.

Besides, do you know how can i check the status below?
