I need to retrieve existing Data and attachment from SharePoint List that was submitted via MS form and flow to view as part of a form and then submit additional information into the same item list.
Eg:
I have columns for current data inside SP list vendors, description , attachment quote which I need to call back to view and with it submit a new attachment for invoice column and approver column. How to do it?
