Request Sign-off - Any way to get a list or export of WHO approved/denied the request?

"I" have 12 accounting lists where they use the 'Request Sign-Off' feature.  Is there any way to export, or pull a list of the users who approved, or denied the request?  I can see the status, and comments, but nothing about who actually responded.
