Power Apps and SharePoint - Exceeds the list view threshold

I have a list in sharePoint where the record quantity is already exceeding 5000 records. When I try to access the application created in PowerApps where I consult the list, it sends me the following error message "The operation that was attempted is prohibited because it exceeds the list view threshold."

For immediate resolution remove test records from SharePoint list but would like to know if it is sufficient to resolve the problem or if there are other measures that can be taken into consideration.

Sorry, also do the indexed columns process, where you have a parent column.

My query is: the Indexed Columns process is sufficient for the view umnbral problem, or should I apply other fixes.
