New form column with only Wednesdays to select

My customer want's to have a field where you can only pick the Wednesdays in the future as dates. Is this possible? It don't have to be a datefield, as long as it has the dates in. 

Is this possible if the form is edited in PowerApps?

Not sure it can be done at present (nothing I've come across), but there are a couple of workarounds others have come up with which may assist you.
