Need some info where to assigne the new PowerApp for apps

Need some info where to assigne the new PowerApp for apps, we bought the subscriptions in CSP, but we cant find them in the admin.microsoft.com portal...… to assigne them to users and they have to be assigned to apps...…. where do we do that?

Good question. I would suggest asking on the official PowerApps forums. You will get a lot more PowerApp community eyes on this question over there!
