MS Flow - Operation failed as client does not have permission to perform the operation on key vault

Hi Everyone,

We are using MS Flow to perform certain activity and have to read the Azure Key Vault secret value. We are making this connection using an account that has READ access on the respective key vault.

When flow is executing, sometimes we observed that flow is failing to read key vault secret value with the below error inspite of having the required access. Did anyone come across this issue - Can anyone share any leads on this issue.

Operation failed because client does not have permission to perform the operation on the key vault. Please check your permissions in the key vault access policies https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/key-vault/general/assign-access-policy-portal. clientRequestId: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

@bhanu chintha We are randomly seeing the same issue.  This issue seems to be fairly new for us (last few weeks).  The connection randomly fails when it worked 100% of the time for many months.
