Move Sharepoint List incl. Power App to other SPO Site

Hello,

I created an SPO list incl. Power App on a separate SPO site. Now I'd like to copy both into our live system to use with my colleagues.

What I've done:

I created a new list on the site in live system where it should be. Now I have only the possibility to create a new app, but I like to connect or import my previously created app into my new list.

Hope you can help me. Would be much work, if I would have to create the app by ground.
