Limit Flow Options In SharePoint

Hallo.

I am using office 365 e3 enterprise edition.

In SharePoint Online only want my users to see, the flows i assign to them.

I dont want them to see

"Create a flow"

"See your flows"

"Configure Flows"

options.

I only want them to be able to use the flows , the administrator builds on his MS Flow.

Is it possible?

AFAIK it’s not possible. Since connectors are required to be configured for each user when they run flows etc. you can’t simply just remove the license etc. there are no per user settings in flow itself etc.
