Hey,
First of all I like flow. But is flow a real replacement for workflows? A flow is personalized. What is when the flow owner leaves the company?
Regards

Flow can be a replacement for many workflows, but it all depends on what processes you need to automate. There are many things that MS Flow can do that SPD workflows cannot, but there are also some things that SPD WFs can easily do but which would be very difficult to do with a MS Flow.
That problem can be avoided by creating a Team Flow (not to be confused with a Flow that is used by MS Teams :)), see https://us.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/create-team-flows/
For maximum control, I would recommend making the owner a Group.

Thanks.
Where is in this line up Azure logic apps?

SolutionThe simple answer is that Logic apps is for people that write code, Flow is for people that don't.
This is explained very nicely at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-functions/functions-compare-logic-apps-ms-flow-webjobs
