I have an account through which I will be creating Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI apps, flows, reports, etc. If I enable the Microsoft Power Apps Plan 2 (Qualified Offer) for the account will there be anything I cannot do with the Power Platform apps? I need this account to be able to be fully functional for development and configuration. Is there any other licenses it will need to be fully functional? Or do I need to upgrade it to an E3 or E5?
