How To Get a Public Link For a Document In Sharepoint

I am creating a Microsoft Flow that sends Adobe Signature Requests to the user, but for the flow to work I need to get the Public Document URL so Adobe Sign can create and send the agreement. 

My Documents are stored in a SharePoint folder.

Does anyone know how to get the Public Document URL for these documents?
