Show on card untick

Anybody getting the same issue where you can't untick the show on card box? Just keeps defaulting on. Only happened recently seems to be at the same time the layout has changed to all white.

I'm having the same issue. This week I am unable to untick the box for "show on card" where i've attached a file.  Prior to this week it has been working fine.
Tried both Chrome and IE11.
