Liebe Community,

die Files die in Planner Aufgaben eingefügt werden, werden im Sharepoint in der Biblothek automatisch auf parent level abgelegt, dies führt unweigerlich mit der Zeit zu einem File-Dschungel (da wir in einem Teams mehrere Channel verwenden und dort jeweils Planner bestehen - Nutzung durch mixed teams). Darum meine Frage, kann ich entweder einen spezifischen Sharepoint-Ordner in den Einstellungen hinterlegen oder den Nutzer "zwingen" dass die Files zunächst im Sharepoint abzulegen sind um so einen Wildwuchs zu vermeiden?

Bin froh um jeden Ratschlag zur Lösung und offen für workarounds.

Unfortunately there is no way to force, the only option you have here is to educate your users so they properly store the files that are attached to Planner Tasks
