Print Progress Report and task update privilege

Hello,
I need to ask some questions regarding planner:

1. How can I print a progress report from planner?
2. How can I stop other users to change the due date for any task? (just the created by user can change)
3. How can I can stop other users to do complete for any task? (just the created by user can mark it as complete)
