I am a new user of Planner and trying to sort something out. I created a planner via the internet, but when I sign into the team application I can see the Plan but when it opens it opens with no details. I would assume that what I do on-line would merge automatically to the app itself; as the username is the same. I am searching around the internet to see what I did wrong, but coming up with nothing so far. So I am hoping that maybe someone here is more verse with the process and can advise what steps are needed on my end; which I truly hope is not to redo the entire planner via the teams application.
