Planner - Office 365 Personal

I've been rooting around trying to find information on whether Microsoft Planner is included in Office 365 Personal and if not, whether there is a way to subscribe to it (without needing an Enterprise License)?

Planner is not included in Office 365 Personal...at least for now.
