Planner Notifications - Creator doesn't get comment updates

Why as the creator of a task do, I not get comment updates unless I comment on the task. Surely as the creator I need to be kept in the loop with what’s going on. A simple tick button to say receive notifications would work.

Are there any plans to fix these issues?

Have you reviewed communication settings in your Plann? Also bear in mind that Planner relies on the linked Office 365 Group and you might need to review communication settings for the Group
