Planner issue? Constantly "being set up"

I was working in Planner and was getting errors about adding new tasks. I refreshed the page and now I'm getting a message that it's being set up?

I am having the same problem.

How can I gain access to the Service Health Dashboards.  I get:

 

You don’t have permission to access this page or perform this action.

Your tenant admin should have access - the latest update was made 20mins ago - here is the text.  We are still working on a resolution.  This isn't affecting all customers.

More info: Affected users may receive the following error messages: "Microsoft Planner is being set up. It won't take long. Planner will open when its ready." Additionally, users may see that the page never fully renders.
 
Current status: We've confirmed a network routing issue as the cause of impact. We're investigating a recent update as the root cause and are also formulating a remediation plan.
 
Scope of impact: Customer reports indicate that many users will likely experience impact related to this event. Our analysis indicates that this issue could potentially affect any of your users intermittently if they are routed through the affected infrastructure.

Me too.  I thought I broke it because I was loading up too many attachments, and I am a member of 35 different plans.  Glad it's being worked on.

No, it wasn't you - it was us Rachel.  There is however currently a limit to attachments per task of 10 - so you may see that error.

Did your deploy go well? I am still seeing this issue in the wild...

We certainly thought it did Glenn and the root cause of that problem was identified and resolved and we certainly got confirmation from many customers (and our telemetry) - so it may be yours is a different cause?  Have you opened a case for it?

My service health dashboards report Planner service is healthy..but i'm unable to access planner from either of my business accounts.  Very frustrating as all of my development projects and tasks are in planner and comletely unaccessable all day today!

Since the outage reported at the beginning of this thread and the fix applied, I have been able to work with Planner with no problems

As @jcgonzalezmartin mentioned, there is no issues after the fix applied. But once I got 'Planner is being setup' message and thats because of browser cache. Try clear cache and cookies and try. If not, its time to raise a support ticket.

Thanks..MS support got on the phone and that appeared to be the issue!  I do appreciate your spot-on suggestion however!!

Now 2/6/2017 and I still get Planner being set up (unless I use InPrivate mode)

Was the network routing fix per tenant? per region?

My tenanat is iasaoffice.org
