planner connection error

The following error occurred when connecting the planner.
Owners and members are normally accessible
Guests are not allowed to access.

 

"Error loading user settings. Please try again. If this continues please contact customer support"

 

Please fix it

We have also been seeing this for two days now. We desperately need this fixing as we are unable to continue our work between our two organisations!

We have this problem as well. We cannot collaborate with our customers this way. Please fix this.

Same issue here, it seems to be affecting everyone as I'm a guest on other's teams and have the same issue as a guest of theirs.

With such a huge effect on so many people I'm shocked this hasn't been fixed already, it's not like our Microsoft 365 licences are cheap! :(

We have also this problem. The Planner App is necessary for daily work.

Yes this effects all guests.  I noticed they have a Shift update with the elimination of staffhub, and it says Shifts doesn't allow guests, I wonder if they screwed up and took out planner guests

 

The error seems to be solved. Our guests have access to the planner now.
