Planner comments not always visible

Hi, 

 

I'm struggling with comments in Planner app. Sometimes they show, sometimes they don't, but this seems to be happening only on PC. When using phone app everything is usually fine. 

If using Teams and accesing planner via tasks by planner it doesn't really work on both. 

 

Please advise. We have had issues with the tenant before so possibly something to do with that?

have run further tests and figured it out. 

 

I was nurturing my OCD about "unread" email in Shared Group 365 mailbox and kept deleting read ones. That brakes the link. Leave shared mailbox be as it is and everything works just fine.
