Planner Comment email trigger to assigned user only

Hi There,

It would make more sense if Planner's Comment feature only send/trigger emails to the assigned task members only.

So, that only assigned task member can get notification and will help not to disturb all Planner Members.

emails to assigned taks members as well as the group email.
