Planner as Storyboard for Learning Design

Copper Contributor

Good day to everyone!

Thank you for letting me be part of this community.

I am aware that this is not the intended use for Planner, but I am experimenting with the use of Planner as an integrated tool within Teams to be able to have a virtual storyboarding session with lecturers when planning their learning design experience. This design will then be transferred to the LMS (SAKAI).

The reason I want to experiment with planner (I already have a Trello board set up for this) is to compare the two and if I am able to do everything in planner and keep it "in house" within the Microsoft 365 package, it would really be awesome. I love Teams and am trying to convert everyone I meet that this is the way to go :)

What I was wondering about is the following:

I read on this community page that you cannot add more labels (we need at least 11 to be able to accommodate all the learning activities and methods of learning) and would like to find a solution to either color-coding the cards in terms of learning activities as to have a more visual display on the whole planner as a whole.

Thank you for considering my question (and my quest to finding all the possible solutions :))
