Overview of each tasks with delegates in every plan that I have created a task

Hi 

I want a solution that give me an overview of all tasks i every plan that I have made with delegates. 
I work with several plans across the organisation and delegate tasks to different persons. I need a way to track down this tasks in an easy way. Now, I need to go into every plan and make an overview for each plan and then connect this together.

@Knut Fredrik Berg You can use the third-party app such as Apps4Pro Planner to get the task details across all plans you are member of.

@santhosh, but what if you are in an organization that does not allow third party apps?
