Office 365 Planner Services Aren't available right now

Destpite what's written by Microsft admin center, some users are still facing issues with office 365 planner right now:

Still issues here - UK. Service unavailable. I have tried refreshing - and different browsers/ clearing cash - Also had error 503, tried to access from apps in office 365 and got the following saying...
