There is a known service degradation :
Title: Some users in Europe are unable to access the Microsoft Planner service
User impact: Users are unable to access the Microsoft Planner service.
More Info: This is a continuation of the incident documented in PL715162 due to an issue with the post visibility.
Current status: We are actively monitoring the roll back of the change and are tracking service availability to ensure that it is improving.
Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users in Europe who are served through the affected infrastructure.
