We have planner for project, everyone can create a task and assigned it to someone.
If the task is not created by the project manager the only way for him to be informed and to assigned the tasks to him.
Also he will be notified if the task is completed if is not assigned in the task (or the creator).
Could you think a way to define for each planner a designed teams that need to be informed of the new task and when tasks are completed even if they are not assigned?
