No email notification to external (guest) user when tasks are assigned to them

Hi there,

 

I just got a complain from our external team members saying that they didn't receive any email notification when we assign tasks to them or when we work on them. 

I've check the option to receive email notification is already on. They have also checked their settings and they have activated the email notifications. They do also recieve from other companies notifications out of the MS planner. sSo is there anything else that I can do to enable the email notification to external user? Thanks

@SuzanaCOM email notifications will be sent to users only when the users follow the Group mailbox or they participate in task comments.
