no email notification coming to external (guest) user when task assign to them

Hi there,

I just got complain from our external team members saying that they didn't receive any email notification when a task assigned to them.

I've check the option to receive email notification is already on.

so is there anything else that I should do to enable the email notification to external user?

No there is not, just check the notifications are properly configure as you have already done
