New plan without Microsoft 365 group

Since when is it possible to create a plan without a M365 group?

Do you know anything more about this feature? Where is the documentation?

There is this documentation where you can create a new plan without a group from Teams.

After further testing and reading, when you create a new plan in Planner and you don't choose a group, Microsoft automatically creates a new group.

At this point, to create a personnal plan, you must go through the Planner app in Teams. A group is not created for a personnal plan.
