Hi. Multiple users in my team have an issue whereby they add a copy of an email with an update into an MS Planner task comments field, press send, everyone added to the MS Planner task gets the updates, the update is date and time stamped. But when you go back into the MS Planner tasks the content disappears although date and time stamp is still there. Is this because the full email was added (not as an attachment) which had a source/embedded email address? Thanks
You can add a emails as a task in planner using Wunder365 Board instead of adding the copy of the emails and its address in comments field . For further reference please visit https://www.wunder365.com/wunder365-boards (or) You can able to attach the email in planner task using outlook desktop app.
