Microsoft Planner Advice Or Request

Is there a way to drag or copy and paste from one plan to another?? It would be really handy as i use planner for jobs (repairs) tracking what stage the job is at and would be good to keep a record of the activity for future references. Also will we be able to share and assign tasks to non 365 subscribers any time soon? It would be nice share progress with customers as well as sub contractors

Plan templates (which is kind of what it sounds like you're looking for) has been "Planned" since May 26, 2016.
