Managing multiple projects with MS Planner

I am responsible for more than 1 project at a time and use some of the same resources on multiple projects. Is there a way for me to look at resource utilization across my projects using MS Planner?

Planner is not very suitable for resource management in Project. For that purpose, Microsoft proposal is Project on the Web
