Integrate Microsoft outlook desktop app with Microsoft Planner

Copper Contributor

Hello,

Could anyone please let me know, whether there is any add-in or plug-in to integrate the MS planner with the Outlook desktop app?

What I need is a button or link on the outlook desktop app, on click of which a popup would open asking to move the selected emails along with the attachments to the selected bucket of the Planner. It should provide the provision to select the location where the selected emails and the attachments are to be moved.

I don't know of any 3rd party apps - it would be worth adding your idea to uservoice or expanding on an existing suggestion such as https://planner.uservoice.com/forums/330525-microsoft-planner-feedback-forum/suggestions/34446043-in...

There is not an Add-in provided by Microsoft, but what you can do here is to take advantage of the integration between Planner and To-Do so you can see Planner Tasks in To-Do
Hi, I would recommend using Apps4Pro Planner Outlook add-in for this purpose. This add-in helps you to convert email to planner task with its attachments in it.
