To see all plans within a team in the web interface of Planner, you need to be a member of the team. If you are a member of the team, you can see all plans by clicking the Plans tab in the left-hand navigation pane.
However, if you are not a member of the team, you can only see plans that you have been specifically assigned to. This is because plans are private to the team members.
If you are the executive sponsor of a team, but you are not a member of the team, you can still see all plans within the team by asking a team member to add you to the team as a guest. Once you have been added to the team as a guest, you will be able to see all plans in the Plans tab of the left-hand navigation pane.
Alternatively, you can ask a team member to share the plan with you. To do this, the team member needs to click the Share button in the top-right corner of the plan and then add your email address to the Share with field. Once you have been shared the plan, you will be able to see it in the Shared section of the left-hand navigation pane.
