Former member in Planner charts view issue

Hi,

I have a issue regarding former members in Planner charts view. Or, we only have had two former members in the group, but in charts view Planner shows over 30 former members not assigned to any task. The number seems to increase every week... We have over 140 tasks on the same plan, hopefully there is a solution to this issue.

Hi, can you ensure that the former user is no more assigned with any tasks (that are even in complete status)? If yes, you need to unassign all tasks for the user and remove him from the O365 Group that belong to this plan. Hope this will resolve this issue.
